We are very excited to be kicking off our vendor registration for Saint Charles Oktoberfest 2017!
Each year our festival gets better and much of that it because of you, our vendors.
There have been a few changes to our application layout this year but the information and requirements are basically still the same. Please make sure that read all of the details included in this application. They are all important.

Vendor booth spacing is limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. We offer several booth layout options to meet your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Width refers to space along walkway. Length refers to depth of space.

Late Fees – All applications post-marked after August 1, 2017 are subject to a $25 non-refundable late fee.

Cancellations – Cancellations prior to August 1, 2017 will be given a full refund, except for the $25 late fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 1, 2017.

Each booth receives a standard 110V outlet. Additional electric can be added for an additional cost.

**Charge for each additional 220 hook-up or 110v outlet required; additional electric needs identified at the Festival will be direct billed by the Festival’s electrician.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions for the 2017 Saint Charles Oktoberfest. Any violation of the Terms and Conditions will result in one warning with booth closure and forfeiture of all booth and clean-up fees upon second offense. Additionally, I agree that cancellation of this contract after September 1, 2017 will cause forfeiture of ALL booth and clean up fees.

I agree to follow all rules and regulations of the Saint Charles Oktoberfest Committee, The City of St. Charles and the St. Charles Parks Department. I understand that any violations could result in booth closing. The Saint Charles Oktoberfest Committee accepts no responsibility for vendor’s lack of compliance to the guidelines.

This agreement becomes binding only upon formal acceptance by the Saint Charles Oktoberfest Committee.

Completing this form does not guarantee that you have been accepted into the festival. Upon completion of this application you will be sent a confirmation email with further instructions. Payment for the festival will not be made until you have been approved by the festival committee.
